Interview with Actor Graham Rogers: Good Guy Revolution

Graham Rogers is a “good guy” in Hollywood.  You probably know him from the hit NBC show “Revolution,” where he portrayed the character Danny Matheson, but he’s also got other big projects coming up this next year.  He’ll be starring along Nick Jonas in the film “Careful What You Wish For,” and he’ll also be portraying Al Jardine in the upcoming Beach Boys movie “Love & Mercy.”  You can watch his popular State Farm commercial “Magic Jingle Hot Tub” at the bottom of this article. First, watch our short interview with him below:

The first time I met Graham I was surprised how authentic he is and how much he wants to give back.  Young Hollywood has a bad rap, but Graham is on a different path.  He takes trips down to an orphanage in Mexico to hang out with kids and be a big brother to them.  It’s not just for publicity purposes, it’s the heart of who he is.  I got a chance to see him in action when we visited Olive Crest in Los Angeles, a non-profit which works with abused and neglected children and their families.  He jumped right in with kids, and had so much energy even they could hardly keep up.  In that moment, he was a real life hero to them.

Graham wants to be remembered as more than just an actor. As a man with good guy swag, he wants to give back, and sees himself creating a brand which will do just that. At 22, we look forward to seeing the legacy Graham will leave.

He also has a classroom of life skills/ special needs kids that he visits when he is back in Chester County, PA. Their teacher even used Revolution in the curriculum. They learn math skills by figuring out the time where Graham is in California. The students always ask when he will be around to visit them again.

You’ve raised quite a kid Susan! I don’t think he even realizes what a good guy he is.
