A GoodGuySwag Proposal

I spent so much time putting this video together for the wedding, I wanted to share the experience.

I’ve been blessed with the most amazing friends while I’ve lived in this huge city.  When I knew it was time to propose to Kristen, I enlisted the help of two of my friends (Ruel and Harlan).  I’m so thankful for them.  They hid in the bushes up on the mountain for an hour!  In fact, the proposal required several teams of friends.  For instance, Kristen’s best friend Claire pretended she was in the area a few hours before I picked her up.  While she was there, she helped her pick a dress to wear and helped get her ready.  Her sister Kenzie invited her to get her nails done the day before.  Friends helped organize the 50+ friends waiting to surprise her at the restaurant, and then I had friends help get the restaurant and arrange for fake snow to come down as we walked in.  Way more than I could’ve done of my own.

There were a lot of moving parts, and I’m not the most organized, but in the end everything turned out perfect.  God is good.

I hope you enjoy!
