The Guinness ad was posted on Youtube Sept. 3, and by the time I uploaded this content, it already had more than 4 million views. It starts with an intense basketball game of men in wheelchairs. I’m talking super intense. It’s war on the court. The guys are getting pushed, yanked, and knocked out of their wheelchairs. Just to let you know this commercial isn’t about the game, inspirational music plays in the background, which sounds like a Coldplay song. The voiceover says, “Dedication. Loyalty. Friendship….” Before I go any further, please watch the ad so I don’t spoil the ending.
You can have a corporate job, a family, and still be lean and mean. Anyone in fitness will tell you it’s all about diet. Control what you eat. One of the easiest ways is to keep the right snacks in your car. I’ve prepared a list of healthy snacks I keep in my car. Whether you’re on the run, out of gas in the middle of nowhere, a disaster zone, or just wanting a late night snack after going to a club or an event; here’s what you can store:
The consensus among the females I know is: girls want a man with a plan. Ask yourself these 3 questions to see if you are him.
Watch the interview with James Ellis, one of the top 3 fitness models in the past five years. He’s been on 36 magazine covers, has appeared on the Ellen show 30 times, and won the World Championship title for the WBFF. Like me, James was scrawny in high school, but had a photolot to offer. He was bullied, which caused depression and self-doubt, which in turn led to him almost failing high school. Then one day, he heard the song “Lose Yourself” by Eminem, and decided he wasn’t going to let anyone keep him from becoming the best man he could be. He started working out, got shredded beyond belief, and graduated with honors from college.
At one point when I was discussing a girl I was pursuing, a pastor told me, “You’re aiming for a Bugatti, but you’re a Toyota.” Never let anyone tell you that you are less than what you are. Luckily, I had great friends around me who convinced me I am a Bugatti. I want to influence you as good guys to aim high, and I hope my testimony will lead you to never settling for anything less in your life.

However, the insight in this article is incredible, and something all men can learn from. Enjoy. There are so many blogs and articles out there geared toward girls and women on praying for their […]

A variety of circumstances, mistakes, and challenges led to a big heartache as our love story disappeared. How could I recover from a break up? I hope we can still be friends. […]
A few years back one of my buddies was determined to lose weight and get ripped. He asked for some advice, and being a good friend, I put together a diet plan for him. Healthy living is a lifestyle, though. After all the hours I put into making that diet, he didn’t follow it at […]
The good guy can often feel awkwardly caught in between the two extremes of meeting a good girl at a bar/club or an online dating service. While I know a few friends who have had success in both arenas, the typical good guy ideally would like to meet the girl of his dreams in his habitat. […]
You might not know him yet, but watch out for actor Pierson Fode who hails from the great state of Washington. As you’ll see in our interview, he may be young, but he’s wise beyond his years. In October, he has a role in a new HBO series from Stephen Merchant called “Hello Ladies,” and will […]
